that last post

was actually free bird by lynard skynard. I didn't write it. I can't even write. I can barely read. I just ate a lot of hummus with sprouted tortillas and now I've realized that I was never hungry, I was actually thirsty but I mistook that for hunger. bummer. 

so I wrote a new song... its pretty alright...
